Die frühbarocke, römisch-katholischen Bergkirche früher Evangelisch
1616–1618 wird oberhalb des Schlosses die Bergkirche Klaus als evangelische Pfarrkirche durch Ludwig von Storch erbaut, gemeinsam mit Prädikantenwohnhaus und Friedhof.
The early baroque, Roman Catholic mountain church used to be Evangelical
1616–1618, the Bergkirche Klaus was built as an evangelical parish church by Ludwig von Storch above the castle, together with the predicant house and cemetery.
1622 Stiften Ludwig und Anna Johanna Storch einen goldenen Abendmahlskelch für die evangelischen Gottesdienste. Im Zuge der Gegenreformation wird die Bergkirche schließlich 1674 als katholische Pfarrkirche geweiht.
1622 Ludwig and Anna Johanna Storch donate a golden communion chalice for Protestant services. In the course of the Counter-Reformation, the mountain church was finally consecrated in 1674 as a Catholic parish church.
Wertvolle Deckenfresken sowie ein Hochaltar prägen den Kircheninnenraum. 1858 wird die (heute denkmalgeschützte) Orgel gebaut. 1960 werden bei Restaurierungsarbeiten 37 Fresken freigelegt, die mehr als 150 Jahre verdeckt waren.
Valuable ceiling frescoes and a high altar characterize the interior of the church. In 1858 the (today a listed) organ was built. In 1960, 37 frescoes that were hidden for more than 150 years were uncovered during restoration work.
Durch den Anbau einer Kapelle im Pfarrhof Klaus verliert die Kirche Bedeutung.Die idyllische Kirche am Fuße des Berges wird daher heute nur mehr für Begräbnisse und Hochzeiten genutzt.
The church loses its importance due to the addition of a chapel in the vicarage Klaus, so the idyllic church at the foot of the mountain is now only used for funerals and weddings.

Von A 9 Ausfahrt Klaus aus allen Richtungen auf die Pyhrnpass Bundesstraße B138 Richtung Windischgarsten Spital am Pyhrn Fahren,Durch Klaus durchfahren nach dem Staussee Klaus ist das Schloß Klaus auf der rechten Seite sichtbar beim Schloß Klaus beim Güterweg Auffahren ,die Kirche ist oberhalb Schloss Klaus .Parkplätze ca. 300-400 Meter vor der Kirche vorhanden .
